We are pleased to announce our fourth international training course on food safety risk management, this time with a spotlight on food fraud and food authenticity. The training will be held virtually in March 2022 by the Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety (BVL) in collaboration with the Federal Research Institute of Nutrition and Food (Max Rubner-Institut (MRI)).

To adapt the training times for participants from around the globe, we will offer the same training twice for three days each:

  • March 14 to 16, 2022; 14h00–20h00 UTC+1 each day (participants from western hemisphere)
  • March 17 to 19, 2022; 07h00–13h00 UTC+1 each day (participants from eastern hemisphere)

Registration will be open from December 2021 onwards until 31 January, 2022. We will soon provide more detailed information.
