Updated version is available for all four electronic application forms (eAF)

An updated version (1.24.0.1) is available for all four electronic application forms. The changes relate to the Member State, OMS and Country.
As of 01 January 2021, the term United Kingdom has been removed from the EU/EEA country grouping. The change was implemented due to the end of the transitional period following Brexit and in the view of the Northern Ireland protocol. The term is no longer available for selection in any version of the forms (in the fields where EU/EEA countries are listed).
