In Ergänzung zu unserer Fachmeldung vom 13.03.2020 zur AMIS Gesamtablösung:

Die Fachanwendung „Sunset-Clause“ wird durch eine neue Maintenance-Anwendungen im PharmNet.Bund-Portal abgelöst. Es ist geplant, das Online-Portal für SSC Meldungen am 23. April für die Unternehmen freizuschalten.

• Die Einreichungen sollen vorgenommen werden, sobald die Online-Anwendung wieder zur Verfügung steht.
• Das Eingangsdatum der nachträglichen Einreichungen wird rückwirkend auf den Tag der geplanten Einreichung gesetzt. Der frühestmögliche Zeitpunkt für die Rückwirkung ist der 13.03.2020.
• Durch das beschriebene Vorgehen gelten die Fristen als eingehalten.

Die Fachanwendung „Sunset-Clause“ benötigt wegen des hohen Schutzbedarfes ein Zertifikat. Details dazu sind in der Fachmeldung vom 13.03.2020 zur AMIS - Gesamtablösung zu finden.

Wir befinden uns gerade in der finalen Abstimmung der Kurzanleitungen. Die Anwendungen werden zum Start in Deutsch zur Verfügung stehen. An der Finalisierung der englischen Versionen wird aber intensiv gearbeitet.

Information for Marketing Authorisation Holders (MAH) with regard to the special application „Sunset-Clause (SSC)“

In addition to the previous announcement on AMIS overall replacement of 13 March 2020:

The special application "Sunset-Clause" will be replaced by a new maintenance application in the PharmNet.Bund portal. It is planned to activate the web portal for the submission of the companies´ SSC reports on April 23.

• Submissions should be made as soon as the online application is available again.
• Receipt date of retrospective submissions will be retroactively dated to the scheduled date of submission. The earliest retroactive date possible is 13 March 2020.
• By following the above mentioned procedure, the deadlines are considered to be met.

Due to the high level of protection required, a certificate is needed for the special application “Sunset Clause”. For more details, please refer to the announcement on AMIS overall replacement of 13 March 2020.

Currently, the final adjustment of short instructions is in the making. At time of activation the applications will only be available in a German version. The finalisation of the English version is in progress.
